How Does It Work?
Todd himself fields inquiries from new clients, answering initial questions and setting up a consultation. At this meeting, Todd’s first questions encourage clients to visualize their new home.
Modern or Classic?
Todd has an eye for layout. With this in mind, he often produces preliminary sketches for a client before the architect ever gets on the clock. But at some point, an architect becomes critical to the process.
Why Hire an Architect?
Once design plans are in place, the client will sign the construction contract. Trustworthy relationships with suppliers are key to craftsmanship, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
WHO IS TODD?
In the late 1990s, Todd Bonneau started building and remodeling homes in Dallas. He has built and remodeled more than 75 homes in the Dallas area and has been awarded as one of the best by Houzz.
